Itinerary description
Started a block east of the main square and hiked along the dirt roads, past many bodegas and finally ascended Cerro San Isidro. It was an extremely hot day so after reaching one of the top plateaus we ate and headed back down. Didn't make it to the cross at the top but could be found on a milder day.

Good hiking but when the ascension begin it's very dificult to find the path because of the vegetation (lot of littles trees and cactus). We had to fall back.
Alternative way when coming back to Cafayate : take the rio path when it's dry.
