Itinerary description
So for people that aren’t from Chile you need to go to the Carabinieros to register for the hike. A great idea in case you run into problems and you don’t one back. The camp site owner wouldn’t let us through without doing this.
You can’t finish the route to el llano like some of the others on Wikiloc since there is a big development now with a huge indoor pool, tennis court and basketball court blocking that part of the route.
The camp site cost $2000CLP to go through per person but the person who let us through was very helpful and showed us where the start was.
We didn’t make it right to the top but if we had more time we could have. Hiking poles were very helpful both in the ascent and descent.
