Itinerary description
Gran sendero de fácil acceso incluso en transporte público desde Madrid. El tren sale de Nuevos Ministerios Madrid cada hora y no se tarda mucho en llegar con el tren que con el coche.
El aparcamiento es siempre un problema en Madrid y sus alrededores. Encontrar el inicio del sendero es un reto, básicamente las marcas del sendero en la ciudad no las salidas. Cuando estás en el bosque sólo tienes que seguir los puntos azules en los árboles, puedes encontrarlos en todas partes marcados tan bien. El paisaje es bonito, el camino forestal sombreado no es un problema incluso en los días calurosos de verano.
Por suerte, Cercedilla está a sólo una hora en coche de Madrid y se puede llegar fácilmente en tren, que te dejará justo en el centro de la pintoresca ciudad de montaña. Cogí un coche para ir a Cercedilla y, tras conducir un rato por este encantador destino, encontré el camino hacia la oficina de medio ambiente.
Great easy access trail even by public transport from Madrid. Train start at Nuevos Ministerios Madrid at every hour not takes much long to get there with train than with a car.
Parking is always an issue in Madrid and around that. To find where trail is start a challenge, basically trail marks in the city not exits. When you are in the forest just follow blue dots on trees , you can find them everywhere marked so well. Scenery is nice, shady forestry path no issues even at hot summer days.
luckily, Cercedilla is only about a one-hour drive away from Madrid and can be easily reached by train, which will drop you off right in the center of the quaint mountain town. I took a car to Cercedilla and after driving through this charming destination for a bit, found my way to the environmental office.

Still up on foot path
When you see the fence and door you can pass the door and walk in fenced area. I did choice to not get into the fenced area, because I didn't know that may a private area or I can't get out the top. Go inside relaxed this is the right choice.

Salvo al comienzo, la ruta es muy fácil de seguir y en un entorno espectacular. Es una ruta sencilla y agradable, sin grandes desafíos. Para caminarla tranquilo y disfrutar unas horas de la montaña.
