Itinerary description

Trail from the end of Caurita Road to the Caurita Petroglyph or Caurita Stone. This stone has carvings of human like figures made by Amerindians. The trail follows the stream to begin then continues uphill along an old road. At first Y-shaped junction take the left trail. Eventually you reach a cocoa plantation, proceed to the trail to the right uphill again and follow until you reach another y-shaped junction. take the left hand trail and follow, pass through some bamboo and you are almost there. The stone is on your left facing SSW. Takes about 1 1/2 hours each way.
