Itinerary description
This will get you started if you want to go further and do the whole 5 hour (one way) walk. Despite following a river the route is up and down. The going is tough with slick tree routes and wooden steps. A lovely walk accompanied by bird song and the chattering river. Essential - boots or shoes with a rigid gripping sole, insect repellent and enough water.
