Itinerary description
The loop that leads you to Cathedral rock is beautiful and will go thru a nice variety of forest.
The only challenging part would be the return from the loop to the top of the rock. But the view up there over the New England tableland is well worth the sweat.
The campsite is really a nice place to stay for the night.
