Itinerary description
Park in Castoine. Follow the road west until you reach the red running trail. This turns off right up some steps onto a trail along various vineyards and allotments. The trail leads into woodland where after a short time divides into multiple directions. We took the main trail through the trees until it ended up back at the road. Ignore the odd wrong turn. We carried on up the road but not knowing where the next path was decided to turn back. This trail could probably be improved by taking a loop around the woodland.
