Itinerary description
Stunning and mostly easy hike. Park at Labante, there's a parking (seems free) with multiple spots, since it's the parking used for visiting the wonderful Cascata di Labante.
Could be crowded, especially Soprasasso became very famous so lots of people, even without the right equipment, will reach the Grotte. No technical difficulties but few isolated spots are narrow and/or steep.
Head for the Cascata di Labante, stop for few amazing photos, then head south. At the first fork, take the right continuing the descent towards a river with a bridge that you have to cross. Now, follow labels for "Soprasasso" until, well, you reach Grotte di Soprasasso. Also here you'll stop for some awesome photos and to enjoy the natural sculptures. Now, continue straight and keep the left in order to complete the "ring". You'll eventually reach an asphalt road you can take to get back to a previously visited spot. Now, continue in the same hike you previously followed until taking the right in a fork to do a small final "ring", passing for Mulino di Santo Stefano. To reach it, follow CAI labels... It seems to be on private property, but there's actually the road that will take you to a river that now you'll have to cross but without a bridge. Feasible if it didn't rain in the few previous days I guess. Continue straight and follow labels for Grotte Labante.
