Ruta circular: la ruta comienza en la Casa do Comediante baja a Ponte Navea e inicia por la Via Romana el camino hacia la Pena Folenche, baja por el sendero ruta corta hasta llegar a los Sequeiros y vuelve por otro camino para salir de nuevo a Ponte navea

Ruta recomendable. Paseo sin dificultad. Vía nova, Puente navea, Pena Fonlenche, sequeiros... todo interesante y agradable
