Itinerary description
Nice and easy path between the scenic valley Carisole and Sambuzza. It starts with the chairlift from Carona to Val Carisole. As you get off, turn right, up the old panoramic ski slope, and climb up to find the path CAI208 reprted before the chairlift Conca Nevosa. So you go up following the path on the crest of the mountains that overlook above Carona and Pagliari with gorgeous views. Then it goes down to Val Sambuzza until you cross the Sambuzza river. From here you could turn right to the Lake of Sambuzza Valley and then to the Publino Pass, but given the thundery clouds, we came back to the Pagliari and Carona.
