Itinerary description

This easy loop hike at The Meadows starts out along the Main Trail which will take you out to the beach. Along the way you will pass coastal ponds with great views, especially of the Lighthouse of to the west. Once out to the beach you can choose to take the Dune Trail, or continue out along the Beach Access Trail, which will take you out then east along the beach. A short walk along the beach among the Gulls and you'll be returning to the dunes and the East Trail, along which is an observation platform overlooking the meadows. A great spot for bird watching. Continue north and you'll turn for the home stretch paralleling the road with some great views of the lighthouse over the trees.
