Itinerary description
This trail is a favorite of mountain bikers, but Saturday is a no-bike day, and with a few inches of snow from a spring storm on the ground, I had the trail to myself. There's something about hiking after a snowstorm - the quiet and stillness are intense.
No knock on bikers, I've ridden the trail myself, but it's a hassle always dodging out of the trail, especially with a dog.
