Itinerary description
A worthy challenge on the second day with all kinds of obstacles and varying terrain. Absolutely satisfying.
You leave the cave and contour around the cul de sac, making your up the slope opposite the cave, to be greeted by a breath taking view of the valley below and the typical Fee State mountain-scape. A wholesome experience.
As you drop relentlessly towards the river, the landscape is forgiving with a bit of shade for the weary, leading you to the promise land, the beginning.
When you get to the gate and see the Mushroom Rock sign, stay on the jeep track all the way to the finish.
