Itinerary description
Hard hike in Uhsuaia. We’ve done it in september so there was lots of snow and ice. I recommend only for those who love and are used to make long hikes.
The hike is divided in 3 parts:
Forest: easy well signalized path with more elevation towards the end
Mountain: almost a straight line where you will hike a few km on the border of the mountain. This is the tricky part when it has snow (recommend using crampons)
Last climb: after you walk thru the mountains you get to the end of the canyon. There you will go down a little bit and climb another mountain.
I believe during the summer its much easier but might still be a challenging hike.
PS: at the beginning we took the wrong entrance and got lost. Recommend using the end pin to start the hike.
