Camino de Santiago in the Czech Republic - 17th Klatovy (CZ) - Kdyne (CZ) 25.4 km
Kdyně is first mentioned in written documents in 1384 in connection with the parish church, located on a hill in the northern part of today's city. According to an ancient legend, the original settlement was located on the southern slope of this hill by a forest stream (Kojetický).
From Prague, the north and south variants initially run together, Radotin, Karlstein. Then the southern variant leads on well-marked hiking trails southwest through Príbram, Nepomuk and Klatovy to the Bohemian-Bavarian border near
