Itinerary description
Get an early start from Villanueva in order to avoid the afternoon heat. There isn't much shade in the canyon so bring plenty of water. You can either rest in Jordán and continue to Los Santos the same day or stay the night in Jordán. I stayed at the Tamarindo Ecolodge but there is another called Shangila.
