Itinerary description
Trail from Los Arcos to Oion / Oyón passing through:
- Ermita de San Blas (0.6 km)
- Iglesia del Santo Sepulcro (7.7 km)
- Ermita del Poyo (10.1 km)
- Fuente entrada Viana (16.9 km)
- Iglesia de San Pedro (17.5 km)
- Ermita Virgen de las Cuevas (20.0 km)
Today is our 7th day of Camino de Santiago! And we did today 30.04 km (that’s a record so far)! We left Los Arcos in the morning after coffee with croissant… It was raining for few hours, till we reached Torres del Rio. But afterwards it was nice day. So little bit water in the morning didn’t ruin our mood! In Torres del Rio there is a church, made by Templars.. But as expected, it was closed (unfortunately).
On the way we met few very interesting people. One guy from Argentina, made Camino twice, now working in Torres del Rio, temporarily. He is going to study in Madrid to become a firefighter.
Everyone who we meet are so nice and friendly! Each person wishes us Buen Camino. And it is so sweet!!
Tonight we are staying in an albergue with 24 beds!! First time experience for us! Because usually we take a room for 4 persons (our group). But I think that would be interesting experience.. The shower was cold. But I’m ok with that (although prefer warm one). Hope nobody snores..
