Thid includes the crossing of the chagres river muelle de Gamboa (100m after passing the prison coming from Panama city). The trail itself is c10km and quiet easy to follow. In the rainy season several river crossing could prove problematical. 2nd of february it was virtually a desert. Upon reaching madden road you may be lucky and stop a taxi or hitch a ride. There is coverage so you can use your phone if needed.
