Itinerary description
Cameron Highlands, Walk No 3
This walk combines walk no. 3 and no. 7. On the way up we started close to the golf course at the hotel/restaurant Smokehouse. The course ended at the tourist office in Tanah rata.
Actually the walk is moderate if you are a normal sportive person with no limitations. We would not recommend this tour to children or older persons as sometimes you have to hold yourself on a root and draw yourself up e.g. half a meter on the the way. Sometimes it is very slippery, so even if we were wearing good walking boots, we slipped. This was especially on the way no 7 which is kind of steep (but in my opinion not dangerous). Just be careful.
A wonderful tour which we - a couple of 32 and 36 - enjoyed very much.
