Itinerary description
One of the better palm hikes and fairly easy to hike.
Starts at the Indian Canyons, Andreas/Murray Canyon parking.
you can park at the south side of the oasis.
The trail is very well marked and starts at the south side of the oasis.
There are plenty of water crossings over stepping stones.
Depending on the time of year, you may get your feet wet.
The 3th crossing is the one with the deepest water.
There are plenty of palms is this canyon and the water is abundant.
The crossings with the creek are numerous, one after another.
The end is just before a larger fall.
Go back and take the Coffmann Crossing to get a better overlook of the palm canyon.

Hiking time: 1 Hour, 10 Minutes one way, to the end of the Murray Canyon Trail.
2 Hour, 15 Minutes return, including the loop.
There is an entrance fee, for passengers only, $9/adult, for one day.
Start early, the park opens at 8 AM, to avoid the busy crowd.
Hiked in Early March 2011.
