Itinerary description

An easy canyon hike in the red canyon.

At the parking find the small sandy wash.
On the right turn uphill, keep left of the wash for an easy hike up to point "Apex".
There it goes more steeply downhill on a dirt road.
Follow the dirt road to the left.
Once the dirt road crosses the wash, follow the wash.
The wash is narrow and you have to navigate around the scrubs.
On the road again, follow it and try to short cut it.

Follow the main wash, at a fork with an equally wide wash turn left in a wash going upstream.

When you see the "Red canyon trail" (Road) follow the wash to the left, towards the car.

Two points are slightly more difficult than easy.
at "Apex" you have to go down on a rather steep old dirt road.
After "Fork left 1" a 5 feet rock blocks the wash, easy to pull yourself over the rock.
