Itinerary description
Beautiful canyon hike.
From the crossing with the Painted canyon road, park around mile 2.4 on your left.
Hike into the canyon and keep left as the canyon forks.
After 0.8 mile keep left in the wider canyon.
The canyon is sandy all the way.
Keep in the main canyon or to the left, heading north.
At the end you see the red rock formations on your left.
Notice the Orange rock reflecting when the lighting is right.
Return the same way when you are past the red rocks.
