Itinerary description
More Anza Borrego Hiking
A nice hike up a sandy wash, following a couple of more rocky forks.
You can make an easy hike by turning around after 30 minutes and hiking back on the opposite site of the wash.
After about 30 minutes following the sandy wash up, keep left and follow a more narrow and a bit rocky wash.
Just before you see the washed away walls of a steeper canyon, hike over the saddle and continue the loop.
This part is filled with more sand and some larger boulders.
The hike has enough sand to make it a pleasant hike.
