Itinerary description
Departure from Cabo Ribeira on top of the Paul Valley. Small walk from the hotel Aldea Panoramica to the path up to the Cova de Paul with beautiful views on the valley, all in all around 80mn to reach the Cova before a nice walk up around it.
Ongoing walk going lightly up and down, also with great views on small upper valleys and uplands.
Finally, hiking down a cliff path down a village in the valley (great views all along), up a small hill and down to the village Pia de Cima where we waited a few minutes for a collective aluguer to depart for Ribeira Grande, enjoying fresh drinks from the nearby merceria.
All paths were at the time in good state.
