Itinerary description
Descend from 08:00-10:00, steep but very doable. Chilled a bit in the pool at the oasis, had some average lunch and then hiked back up from 13:00-16:30. Ascend was a tough one in the hot sun but also quite doable with a relaxed pace and a couple of breaks. We used around 8 liters of water and made sure to apply sun block every 2 hours
