We began in Keseh - small village (with grocery ) reachable by taxi. Half way to Keseh shelter is rural road, than continue good visible path sharpened in the end. Shelter is nice place with spring of water, is opened out of season only on the weekend (WE-FR). Path up to saddle is less visible, leads throw the weathered area. The rest of the path to top is simple and clear. Down to Bid Hand leads simply path to saddle and then long slowly descent mainly through the dry wash. Path is sometimes invisible, full of sharp bush you have to avoid, but the direction is always obvious.
