Itinerary description
From Butakovka Parking head North following a vague cow track up to the ridge. At ridge go East, follow ridge through trees and mixed scrub. You will see the valley to Lesnoy pass on your right. Drop down off ridge to Lesnoy Pass. Drop SW down the valley to join the main Butakovka valley. Take care crossing the river. Go W and then NW keeping the river on your right and you will arrive back at the top of the Butakovka road and cross the river to return to the carpark.
