Itinerary description
This hike will take you along some of the "blazed" trails found in Bulow State Park. We started at the parking area and continued along the trails. We had parked another vehicle at the other end, so the hike was cut in half - this was due to the day being pretty hot and muggy.
As you hike the trails you will come across a number of very nice things to stop and take a look at. The local FTA people have provided bridges to save "wet feet" in wet times. The day we hiked, it was very dry. The oaks in the forest are massive, oh what a story they could tell if they could talk! We stayed mainly on the trails this day, but you can elect to leave the trail in many places to go down and view Bulow Creek, which has some very scenic areas.
Happy trails and enjoy the hike.....
