Itinerary description
This beautiful trail runs roughly 18 miles along both the Bull Run and Occoquan Rivers. The ends of the trail are in Bull Run Regional Park and Foundtainhead Regional Park. It also takes you through Hemlock Overlook Regional and Bull Run Marina Regional Parks. The trail is relatively level (with the exception of a few miles in Fountainhead) and well marked by blue terrain markers and mile post markers.
