🚩 One way hiking 10.9 KM in 7.5 hours

Extra Information:
✴️ Bring min 2 litre of water and isotonic drink
✴️ Start from Taman Rimba Teluk Bahang and ended at Kopi Hutan Penang Hill.
✴️ Load training with 18KG
✴️ From Station 1 walk until Kopi Hutan. Then we took bugee to Penang Hill Astaka. After meal we took furnicular train back to carpark.
