It is a route in the form of 8 in which we leave and return from the same point. The difficulty is not very high (moderate), as it is not a technical route, but the length and the fact of continually going up and down make it difficult if you do not have practice.
We left from Sunrise Point (from the car park we had found) following the Queen's Garden Trail, visiting Queen Victoria and continuing on the Navajo Loop trail.
We found a fork where three trails are marked, we continued onto the Peekaboo Loop Trail. We walk until a detour where we see the Horse Trail and the Peeakaboo Loop Trail, we take the latter and continue until the next detour where we turn off towards Bryce Point (this adds an extra kilometer to the route if we want to return via the Peekaboo Loop Trail) .
In Bryce Point you can take the Shuttle Bus, the free bus that moves us around the park. There is no water or restrooms at this point.
We retraced the path in the opposite direction, retracing what we had walked, to hitch Peekaboo again, this time on the other side of its circular path. We found a few restrooms in fairly good condition on this trail.
At the end of this trail, we returned to take the section that we had brought from the Navajo Loop Trail and arrived again at the detour of the three paths.
We opted to go around the one that leads through Wall Street because it had been recommended to us, and the truth is that we loved it! From our point of view it is worth it, it is spectacular. We don't know what the Two Brigdes section will be like, but it sure won't disappoint either.
At the end of Wall Street we arrive at Sunset Point, where we once again find wonderful views and a cool water fountain. From here we headed to Sunrise Point, from the parking lot we had entered, and from where we started, along the Rim Trail, an easy paved path that is appreciated after the walk.
A demanding but spectacular route! With the mouth open the 16km :)
