Relatively easy route, steep and continuous ascent to the top.
Broadway Tower is the second highest peak in the Cotswolds.
The ascent, a little convoluted, starts in the village of Broadway itself, it is made through meadows where sheep graze. There is a section where the road borders but without danger because there is a segregated crossing.
At the top there is the Broadway Tower which you can visit and a small cafe and shop where you can take a break. Today we were also able to see a group of wild deer that are in a nearby meadow that is well fenced off to preserve the animals and their young.
The descent is much clearer following the Cotswold Way into the very center of the village.
Before the end and back to the car we find a children's play area where there are well-maintained public bathrooms.
