Itinerary description
استارت از استخر تجمع آب روستای تزرجان در ارتفاع 2450 متر می باشد
صعود با دو مسیر دره پونه و دره لا بزرگ قابل انجام است
مسیر دره پونه با شیب تند و پاکوب نامناسب و مسافت کوتاه تر
مسیر نرمال یعنی دره لابزرگ با پاکوب مناسب و دارای دو چشمه در مسیر که تراک متعلق به آن است
پناهگاه در ارتفاع 3200 قرار دارد و دارای چشمه دائمی است مدت تقریبی 2 تا 3 ساعت
از پناهگاه تا چاک امید تراولس با شیب بسیار کم به مدت 1 تا 2 ساعت زمان می برد
چاک امید در ارتفاع 3600 متر آغاز می شود
مسیر چاک به طول 400 متر ارتفاع کاملا ترکیبی دست به سنگ به همراه شن اسکی است
طناب انفرادی و کلاه کاسک اسباب حمایت در طول مسیر الزامیست
The start of the pool is the accumulation of water from the village of Tazarjan at an altitude of 2450 meters
Climbing along the paths of the Pune Valley and the great valley can be done
Route of Puneh Valley with inappropriate steep slope and shorter distance
The normal route is the valley of the Lazerga with the right lawn and has two springs in the direction the track belongs to it.
The shelter is at an altitude of 3200 and has a permanent fountain for approximately 2 to 3 hours
It takes between 1 and 2 hours from the shelter to Chuck Orom Traverse with a very tilt slope
Chuck Hope begins at an altitude of 3600 meters
Chuck's route is 400 meters high, totally combined with rock and ski sand
An individual rope and an umbrella cap are required along the way
The summit is quite rocky and at an altitude of 4005 meters

هفته جاری به همراه گروه حافظ بدون طناب رفتیم،هیجان وآدرنالین بالایی داشت فقط شن اسکی ها خیلی سر هستند وممکنه بالیز خوردن ودررفتنشون برای کوهنوردان پشت سر بسیارخطرآفرین باشه
