Itinerary description
A nice walk through Brewersville (just North of Monrovia).
The walk starts near the only viaduct in Liberia and has several small bridge crossings, some made of concrete, but also some made of bamboo.
Soon after the start, you walk along the St. Paul river before turning in land. After walking on a larger dirt road for about 2km, you will see a huge tree. Just before that tree, you take a right turn and follow some smaller track through some agricultural fields and a small bamboo forest. After that you will be zigzagging between houses and a lot of new construction. While the area is not densely populated, you will continue to walk between houses and as much as possible on small track until you get back to the starting point in about 16.5 km.
Even though you will be able to buy some drinks along the way, it's recommended to bring 2 ltr of water on your trip.
