"Life is hard, but the beach is soft" - this is the motto of the place. Praia Mole beach is a favourite of surfers and one of the best known of Florianópolis. It is beautiful, with sandbanks all around and when the wind favours it, the scenery for people who go paragliding! It is also a beach much sought after by young people and the LGBT public.
This beach is in open sea and has strong waves, so it is not recommended for those with children. Its water is green, clean and very beautiful and the sand is thicker than the other beaches in the region. Be sure to observe on the right side of the beach the Dragon Stone, which really has a curious shape and does justice to the name.
