Itinerary description

The trail starts just by the main road in Brajici (across the one leading to Kosmac) and goes up the paved road until it splits in two - the right one going up to Lovcen and the left one going to monastery Stanjevici. The left one is the one we took and shortly afterwards it opens up to a great view over Budva but then mostly goes through the forest. The gravel road that was built for the purposes of the new power grid ruined the trail so caution. At one point the trail will lead left with no signs pointing it, then you'll end up at that very new road without being able to continue on the trail but going up the road for 20m and then left will get you back on the track eventually. Once you're on the asphalt road, the monastery will be another 10min straight but having passed it by on another hike did not want to visit it and went down the road towards Pobori. That part is a bit tricky as well, not well marked and trail damaged by the new power grid. From Pobori it goes down a nice zig-zag trail, lots of shade but from Krapina to Budva is all asphalt road :-/
Better option would be to continue down towards Lastva Grbaljska though the trail is hardly visible from the road but it's above a wooden cottage. Our aim was Budva.
There is a water spring in the forest on the first half of the trail.
This is a one way track but can be done the other way around just that you'll be ascending most of the way..
