Itinerary description
Blue Gum Swamp Track.
We did it in less than 2 h, with normal tempo, without stopping. We recommend doing it anti-clockwise - to walk only steeper section down and to leave better part for later.
Very simple and pleasant walk. First part isn't very interesting (walking on 4WD road in pretty normal type of bush), second part however is the blue gum swamp you're looking for. 100% in the forest so no views other than trees, cockatoos, and cicadas.
Looots of cicadas. We did it in late November and there were incredibly loud (to the point it was unpleasant).
