Itinerary description
it's another half marathon training track, 23 km, 1,300 elevation gain.
route: happy forest - chenjiagou tea house - bench village - black stone village - daobei hills - keleyu - new beijing lookout - south slope - guajia tower - ancient path and trails behind guajia tower - fragrant hills subway station
most of the trails are ideal except the south slope, from keleyu down to guajia tower village. there are many tough stones on the way, a huge challenge for knees.
so i'd recommend you to take natural trails such as one-basin-of-water trail down to the botanical garden.
