Itinerary description
Ransheel ghat is nicer to walk on than more popular Ganesh ghat. Fully through dense jungle, you hardly suffer any sun. First half of Ganesh ghat (also known as Mungi ghat I believe) covers the Bhimashankar rock wall, has some steep patches and a traverse. Lower half is a neverending walk. Both ghatwata are easy to navigate and no technical parts. Need good stamina to cover the distance and elevation. Nice views of Siddhagad, Padargad, Kothaligad and some farther ranges. Lucky if you get clear air, I wasn't.
