From the Bezbog shelter, where there is also the lake of the same name, we follow the path marked to the right of the lake. After about 800 meters the path becomes uphill for 500m, where we will reach a saddle. Soon we will have the first image from the area of the park around the lake. We continue downhill and at the 4th kilometer of the route we reach Lake Popovo. The picture of the lake area with the surrounding peaks is wonderful.
We continue to the right of the lake on a marked path. After a while the path becomes stony and after we pass the lake it becomes quite uphill. During the period of the march (6/2022), there were still several snowdrifts which made movement even more difficult. The final climb to the top of Djano is quite strenuous. But the view compensates since we have a plate of the Kremenski lakes. (The top is a bit above the saddle where we finished but I didn't go up to catch the lift).
Back from the same. Before popovo I followed a parallel path, unmarked but clearly visible.
