Description: This steel framed 170' ski jump was constructed in 1936 and was once the site of the tallest steel tower jump east of the Mississippi and where Olympic Ski jump trials and Eastern State Championships took place. The last jump was in 1982. Picnicking, fishing and a boat launch are available at a wayside area across from the ski jump.
