Itinerary description
Start at the Ben Nevis visitors centre car park. Then follow the mountain path.
The upper path is rough and very stony and in May there can be snow and fog near the top. So be warned...carry your poles, map and compass.
Also, be very aware that the route down can be very hard on tired legs and knees.
