Itinerary description
The section Hermeton-sur-Meuse is a part of the Via Monastica and the GR654 between Dinant and Rocroi (F) towards Santiago de Compostela. I walked this section in 2014. I optimized this section with an easy reverse trip. Total distance = +/- 25 km. There are two difficult sections during the first 5 km. You need to go up and down by using ropes. The second rope section is the most difficult one.

You can reach Hermeton-sur-Meuse also by bus which I did. Take line 154a between Dinant and Givet (FR). There are at least 5 departures in each direction. Check the timetable at www.infotec.be
