Itinerary description
Summits:
1. Beinn Fhada - 1,032m (Munro)
2. A' Ghlas-bheinn - 918m (Munro)
Normally described as two separate walks that share the initial walk into the valley, a fit person can opt to combine the two in a single walk.
It's a bit of a long slog on the way in and on the way down and out. But the views are worth it. I would not recommend doing it in poor weather with strong winds which make navigation difficult and progress slow.
The ascent up and descent down A' Ghlas-bheinn can be rather pathless, particularly in winter when the slopes are covered in snow and ice. As always, if doing this walk in the winter proper gear and knowing how to use it is a must.
