The beaver is the largest rodent in Canada and one of the official symbols of this country. The Beaver Pond Trail is one of the routes to see beavers in Algonquin Park (Ontario).
It is a circular path around the Amikeus Lake where we can see the constructions made by the beavers. With a bit of luck you can even see one early in the morning or just before sunset. It is a moderate walk with some steep hills and a very beautiful landscape.
