Itinerary description
This trail is a combination of the posted red and grey trails with a little bit of walking along the park road.
A pleasant walk among new growth pines and a few old burned trees. Lots of stream crossings on wooden bridges.
Passing some old stone water stations built by the CCC in the 1930s.
View from the scenic lookout point nice but freeway traffic noise is sad to hear in a state park.
