Itinerary description
This loop trail (to and fro) starts from a point near to a small bridge north of Barshaini NHPC plant, and goes near to Kheerganga (1.5km away). I couldn't go all the way because I had to return before dark. :-(
It is mostly parallel to the Parbati river, and passes through Nakthan village, Rudranaag temple, Rudranaag bridge and final approach to Kheerganga.
Wear (really) good hiking shoes, be ready for temperature and precipitation changes, beware of black ice at many places and do not forget a good walking stick (which you can easily buy at Barshaini). Happy hiking!
