I think it might be difficult, because on the way down to Villanueva the path is narrow. But I do not have experience

Take the app with you. During the last section, coming down into Villanueva, the path gets lost in the dusty rocky terrain.
There is a lovely coffee shop in the Villanueva square, next to where the tuk tuks are waiting to take you back to Barichara.
