Itinerary description
This trail is short, steep, and totally awesome. We parked our car at the trailhead on a side road a short way off EN2-2. From there it's quite steep so don't do this if you have knee problems. The trail is marked occasionally with red and yellow stripes, and there is a sign where the spur trail to Baia da Raposo leaves the PR1SMA trail from Feteiras de Baixo to Anjos. Once the trail reaches the cliffs, there are excellent views down on the bay and waterfalls for the rest of the hike. You will see several tall waterfalls and a double waterfall near the bottom. Close to the end are abandoned and crumbling watermills and stone houses.
