Itinerary description
This quite a strenuous hike. Take at least two litres of water per person as there is no water available on the hike in the warmer months. The first 25% is up toward a balcony with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The remainder is mainly down but also quite a few ups. Be careful to follow the red and white trail marks - my route lost them for a while and we bashed over boulders for a hundred metres when we went off trail. Be sure to have beers at Agora pension at Kapikiri.
